1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Colombo: 1–2 Working Days
• Western Province: 1–3 Working Days
• Other Provinces: 2–5 Working Days
• Remote Areas: 3–7 Working Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
