- Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery

- Include original packaging and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

5. Refund Approval
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be approved only if the return meets our policy requirements.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product availability.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
